Refund policy

Every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Typeahead isn't for you, you get a full refund, no questions asked.

What it covers#

The first full payment on any plan:

• the Lifetime purchase, or
• a subscription's first yearly or monthly charge, including the first charge after a free trial.

Ask within 30 days of that payment. Later renewals aren't covered, so if you don't want the next one, cancel before it. See Cancelling or changing your plan.

On a free trial you haven't paid anything yet. Cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

How to ask#

Email hello@typeahead.ai within 30 days of the payment. Write from the address you bought with, or tell us which one it was. You don't need to say why.

How long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank and card.

After a refund#

A refund ends the license it paid for, and cancels the subscription if you had one.
